General Terms & Conditions

1. About this agreement
These terms govern purchases made from audiorewire. This text has been drafted for launch purposes but must still be reviewed by a qualified professional before publication, particularly regarding Belgian/EU consumer sales law.

2. Product & compatibility
audiorewire is an independent hardware product, compatible with select Bose® SoundTouch™ speakers. It is not manufactured, endorsed, or supported by Bose Corporation.

3. Payment & delivery
Payment is processed securely by Mollie at checkout; we never see or store your card details. Once payment is confirmed, your unit is assembled by hand and typically ships within 2–3 business days, with tracking provided by email.

4. Made-to-order & cancellation
Every audiorewire unit is custom-assembled and configured after you order it — to the device name and any special requests you provide at checkout — rather than taken from stock. Because it is made to your specifications, it is excluded from the EU's statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

In its place, you may cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing it, as long as assembly has not yet started. To cancel within this window, use the "Cancel my order" option on your order tracking page, or contact support — refunds are issued in full to your original payment method.

5. Warranty
If your unit arrives with a manufacturing defect (for example, a component failure or a unit that fails to power on), we will repair or replace it at no cost. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights regarding goods that are not as described or unfit for purpose.
